WE’RE HIRING: Student Recruitment & Business Development Manager Location: Abuja, Nigeria Work Arrangement: Virtual An International Education firm is looking for an experienced Student Recruitment & Business Development Manager to support our growing Nigeria operations. The successful candidate will drive international student recruitment, lead generation and conversion, admissions, business development, and revenue growth, while developing relationships with students, parents, secondary schools, counsellors, and other recruitment channels. Who should apply? We are specifically interested in candidates with proven experience in international student recruitment, education consultancy, university recruitment or a closely related role. Candidates should have: • Good knowledge of International higher education and international admissions • Experience counselling and converting prospective students • Experience working towards recruitment/conversion targets • Strong business development and relationship-building ability • Good CRM and digital skills, ideally including Salesforce • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Although this is a virtual role, applicants MUST currently reside in Abuja.
