📢 WE ARE HIRING – CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO) Industry: Financial Services Remuneration: 4M gross monthly Location: Lagos, Nigeria Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite KEY REQUIREMENTS: • 10+ years of progressive technology experience with significant leadership experience • Strong background in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Banking, Fintech or Financial Services • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives • Strong knowledge of AI, Automation, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Systems Integration • Experience managing technology teams, budgets and large-scale projects • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management and regulatory compliance • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP or ITIL are an advantage.
