Urgently Hiring - BPO OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: ₦450,000 – ₦550,000 per month
Performance Bonus (Discretionary): ₦50,000 every four (4) months
Position Overview
We are looking for a BPO Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Lagos office and serve as the primary leader responsible for team performance, operational excellence, workplace culture, employee development, and execution of company objectives.
This role is ideal for a professional with exceptional leadership capabilities, operational discipline, and strong people management skills.
As part of the onboarding process, the successful candidate will receive hands-on training as a Legal Assistant to develop a deep understanding of our legal support services, client workflows, systems, quality standards, and operational processes
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
•Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Lagos office.
•Ensure the smooth execution of workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.
•Monitor team productivity, efficiency, turnaround times, and service quality.
•Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
•Establish and maintain performance standards.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Hands-On Legal Operations (Approximately 50% of Daily Responsibilities)
•Dedicate approximately 50% of each workday to preparing client packets alongside the Legal Assistant team.
•Develop and maintain firsthand knowledge of the complete client journey, from intake through completion of legal packets.
•Identify workflow inefficiencies, quality concerns, training gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement
•Coach, mentor, and support Legal Assistants while working alongside them.
Team Leadership & Management
•Supervise Legal Assistants, Intake Coordinators, Quality Assurance Specialists, and other support professionals.
•Develop employee growth plans and ongoing training initiatives.
Human Resources & Compliance
•Support recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention initiatives.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
•Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs.
Strategic Execution
•Align office operations with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
•Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and productivity dashboards.
•Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations for leadership.
•Assist in scaling systems, processes, and organizational structures as the company grows.
•Support the implementation of new technologies, automation initiatives, and operational tools.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree required.
•Minimum of five (5) years of leadership, operations management, or team management experience.
•Proficiency with modern business software and technology platforms.
