We are hiring a Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead end to end product design across fintech and commerce platforms. The role involves translating user needs into intuitive, accessible experiences for web and mobile products while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Requirements
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product design.
Expert proficiency in Figma.
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead UX research, user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity UI designs.
Design onboarding, KYC/KYB, wallet, payments, checkout, settlement, and reporting experiences.
Build and maintain a shared design system and component library in Figma.
Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
Design accessible and localized user experiences.
Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
Create interactive prototypes and design documentation.
Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into design specifications.
