Job Title: IT Engineer / Administrator Location: VI, Lagos Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Salary: ₦6,000,000 annual fixed pay + profit sharing Role Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer/Administrator to manage and secure our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, administer Microsoft 365, drive digital transformation through SharePoint and Power Automate, and ensure business systems remain reliable and secure. Requirements • BSc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (minimum 2:1). • 3–5 years' experience in IT administration, networking, cybersecurity, and systems support. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, OneDrive, and web management. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills. • Experience supporting SMEs and familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities • Manage networks, hardware, and IT infrastructure. • Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Automate. • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot software/hardware issues. • Implement cybersecurity measures and manage data backups. • Maintain company websites and digital communication platforms • Train staff on Microsoft 365 tools and prepare monthly IT reports.
