Job Title: IT Engineer / Administrator
Location: VI, Lagos
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Salary: ₦6,000,000 annual fixed pay + profit sharing
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer/Administrator to manage and secure our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, administer Microsoft 365, drive digital transformation through SharePoint and Power Automate, and ensure business systems remain reliable and secure.

• BSc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (minimum 2:1).
• 3–5 years' experience in IT administration, networking, cybersecurity, and systems support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, OneDrive, and web management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting SMEs and familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.

• Manage networks, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and manage data backups.
• Maintain company websites and digital communication platforms
• Train staff on Microsoft 365 tools and prepare monthly IT reports.
