Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Support Specialist to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ERP deployment, client onboarding, system configuration, user training, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing technical support. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with ERP systems, databases, and business process automation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience implementing or supporting ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and modern web technologies.
Experience with API integrations and third-party services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with multi-company ERP environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Implement and configure ERP modules based on client requirements.
Conduct business process analysis and system customization.
Provide technical support and issue resolution.
Train end-users and prepare user documentation.
