About the Role BT&T, a leading IATA-accredited travel management company, is seeking Ticketing, Reservation & Tour Package Officers to manage airline reservations and ticketing, provide exceptional customer service, prepare travel quotations and itineraries, and support the company's tour package operations. Key Responsibilities * Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds. * Source, calculate, and quote airfares for corporate and individual clients. * Use GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo/Worldspan to search and compare flight schedules, fares, and availability. * Prepare daily transaction reports and maintain accurate records. * Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, ticketing policies, and industry procedures. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries. * Build relationships with tour operators and travel partners. * Source and secure tailored tour packages that meet customer needs. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or HND (minimum Second-Class Lower/Lower Credit). * 2–3 years' experience in airline ticketing, reservations, or travel agency operations. * Hands-on experience with Amadeus or other GDS platforms. * Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, routes, and ticketing procedures. * Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
