Role: Data & Operations Analyst Location: Yaba, Lagos Experience: 3–5 Years Benefits: 350k - 500k NET ( Negotiable ) *Summary* The Data & Operations Analyst will be responsible for converting raw commercial data into strategic business insights through backend data extraction, sales tracking, and interactive dashboard reporting, while providing essential platform and operational support to the sales team and distributors. *Job Description* * Sales & Target Tracking: Track daily, weekly, and monthly primary/secondary sales; run target vs. achievement and variance analyses across territories, reps, and SKUs. * Commercial Insights: Analyze distributor stock levels, outlet coverage, and SKU movement to provide actionable data for executive decision-making. * Executive Dashboards: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI to translate raw commercial numbers into clear reports. * Backend Data Extraction: Query, spool, clean, and consolidate raw datasets directly from SFA backends, distributor portals, and database repositories. * First-Line Application Support: Guide field reps and distributors through app usage, entry mistakes, and access issues on SFA and ordering platforms. * Technical Escalation: Log app malfunctions and software bugs, liaising with the IT/vendor tech team until issues are fully resolved. *Skills* * Advanced Excel: Mastery of complex formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), Power Query, Data Modeling, and Pivot Tables. * Database & SFA Knowledge: Understanding backend app architecture to spool, query, and clean data from SFA and distributor portals. * Data Visualization: Hands-on experience creating clean, actionable reports in Power BI or Excel. * Problem Solving & Tech Support: Patient communication to support non-technical field users and follow through on technical escalations. * Analytical Thinking: Ability to spot trends, revenue gaps, and operational bottlenecks in complex datasets. *Preferred* * Prior experience specifically in FMCG or distribution-heavy manufacturing (tracking primary and secondary sales dynamics). * Direct exposure to Sales Force Automation (SFA) platforms and distributor management app backends. *Apply Here* : https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe0DxXOIME0_8GRsun4hGvLOLplAJ4Cdr3dah6_LFVybxwmaw/viewform?usp=send_form
