Job Alert 🔔 🚀 WE’RE HIRING – CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE 📍 Location: Ikoyi, Lagos (Hybrid) 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 💰 Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 At Fragvest, we’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service while building strong, lasting relationships with our investors. This is a blended role that combines customer support, investor onboarding, and investor retention. You’ll respond to investor enquiries across multiple channels, guide new investors through their onboarding journey, and proactively engage existing and dormant investors to ensure they enjoy a seamless investment experience. Requirements: ✅ Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Relationship Management, Sales, or a similar customer-facing role. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✅ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. ✅ Comfortable using CRM tools and other digital platforms. ⭐ Experience in fintech, financial services, investments, or real estate is an added advantage. 📩 Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to hr@fragvest.com with the subject Customer Experience Associate.
